Sterling Silver Curb Chain — 1.2mm

A fine chain is useful when you want a pendant to remain the main detail, or simply prefer an understated necklace. This sterling silver curb chain has a 1.2mm thickness and a neat linked pattern that adds a little texture without creating a broad silhouette.

Five lengths give you room to choose how you would like to wear it. The options are 32cm, 40cm, 45cm, 50cm and 55cm, allowing you to select a closer fit or a longer drape according to your neck measurement and preferred position.

Design

The curb design uses interlocking, flattened links to create an even pattern along the chain. Its fine proportions make it easy to pair with other silver jewellery, whether worn alone or as part of a layered combination. At 1.2mm, the chain provides a discreet foundation rather than a substantial necklace profile.

Materials & Craftsmanship

Made from polished 925 sterling silver, the chain has a bright finish that brings out the individual links. An Italian-style clasp provides the fastening. Its fine construction is best considered alongside the pendant you intend to wear: check that the pendant's loop accommodates the chain end and that its size is appropriate for a delicate chain.

Why You'll Keep Reaching For It

This is a straightforward option for small pendants and for days when you want only a fine silver detail at the neckline. Worn with a simple top, the linked pattern remains understated; paired with a small pendant, it lets the motif take the focus. Choosing the length by measurement, rather than assuming where it will sit, helps you find the fit you prefer.
