Exchanges and Refunds

You can return any item purchased from the Silver Image Jewellery Online Shop (excluding sale items, customised or engraved items, as well as any earrings and piercing jewellery due to hygiene reasons - unless faulty) within 7 days of receipt for an exchange, or for a refund. If you would like to do so, you must use the Returns Process set out below and the products you are returning must be in a new, unworn and resalable condition. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
Additionally, we do not offer refunds on gift cards or any customized products

To complete your exchange, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase at the discretion of Silver Image Jewellery. 

You may be able to exchange items purchased from the Silver Image Jewellery Online Shop at a Silver Image Jewellery store  

The Silver Image Jewellery Online Shop will only accept returns for purchases made from the Silver Image Jewellery Online Shop.

Likewise, Silver Image Jewellery stores and stockists will not accept returns for a refund on products purchased from the Silver Image Jewellery Online Shop.  Silver Image Jewellery stores and stockists have their own return policies, which may differ from the policies of other stores and stockists and the Silver Image Jewellery Online Shop, Please contact your local store or stockist for further details of their policy.
 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If a purchased item isn't a suitable size, we will gladly exchange it on condition that it is in its original condition and in the original packaging. Shipping products back to Silver Image Jewellery for an exchange is on the customers account. For further information, please don't hesitate to contact us at silverimageza@gmail.com

All goods will be inspected upon arrival at the Silver Image Jewellery Online Shop warehouse. 
 
Shipping Information

RETURNS PROCESS

  • Should the reason for return be faulty goods, please ship back the faulty item to our business address found below and you will be reimbursed for the shipping via EFT.
  • If the reason for return is simply an exchange, the return will be at the customer’s expense.

Once your return has been received and validated, you will receive an email to confirm the validation. Should you desire a refund this will then be processed and confirmed to you by email.  Any refund will be excluding all shipping fees incurred (regardless of whether you qualified for free delivery) and a 15% handling fee will apply.

Should you wish to exchange the item you will then be required to reorder. 

Received an incorrect/faulty item or an item is missing?

Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please contact us within 3 days and we will communicate how to rectify the anomaly or replace the faulty product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All Shipping costs incurred are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Silver Image Jewellery Gift cards are redeemable online only.

The Silver Image Jewellery online returns policy does not limit or exclude any legal rights you may have in relation to products which are faulty or not as described.
