Processing Time 

At Silver Image, we use The Courier Guy to deliver orders throughout South Africa. Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days, but it may take slightly longer during peak sale and holiday periods. Rest assured that we strive to process orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Once an order has been processed, delivery should occur within the proceeding 72 hours within inner city centers. Deliveries to outer city centers will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days. Please note that deliveries to outlying and rural areas will take slightly longer (7-10 business days). If you have placed an order and have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Silver Image delivers to any location within the borders of South Africa. Whether you're in the bustling city center or a remote rural area, we'll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note that deliveries to outlying and rural areas may take slightly longer, but we'll do our utmost to ensure your order arrives as promptly as possible. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer Free Standard Delivery for any order (excluding Ultra Purple Zone) of R1200.00 or more. For orders less than or equal to R1199.00, a standard delivery fee of R129.00 will be charged. Orders of any value to outlying and rural areas incur a delivery fee of R179.00, while deliveries to an "Ultra Purple Delivery Zone" incur a delivery fee of R450.00. Please contact us if you're unsure whether your delivery address falls into the "Ultra Purple" Zone, and note that selecting the incorrect delivery zone at checkout may result in us refusing your order.

Packaging Method

All orders will be packaged in Silver Image branded gift boxes of varying sizes, depending on the purchased item's size. Once packaged, the order will be placed in a Fastway or TCG branded delivery bag, which is sealed and marked with the appropriate delivery details.
