Processing Time
Order processing typically takes 1–2 business days. During peak sale and holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer. We strive to process all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Delivery Timeframes
Once an order has been processed:
- Inner city centres: Delivery within 72 hours
- Outer city centres: 3–5 working days
- Outlying and rural areas: 7–10 business days

Where Do We Deliver?
Silver Image delivers to any location within the borders of South Africa — from bustling city centres to remote rural areas. Deliveries to outlying and rural areas may take slightly longer, but we'll do our utmost to ensure your order arrives as promptly as possible.

Free Standard Delivery applies to all orders of R1,200.00 or more, excluding deliveries to the Ultra Purple Zone. If you're unsure whether your address falls within the Ultra Purple Zone, please contact us before placing your order. Selecting an incorrect delivery zone at checkout may result in your order being refused.
Packaging
All orders are packaged in Silver Image branded gift boxes, sized according to the purchased item. Orders are then placed in a Fastway or The Courier Guy branded delivery bag, sealed and marked with the appropriate delivery details
